Is There an API for Royal ETP?

Yes. MetaTrader API is an independent REST and WebSocket API that bridges Royal ETP MT4 and MT5 trading accounts to external applications — it is not operated by Royal ETP and is not a replacement for the MetaTrader desktop app or an Expert Advisor.
